One of our customers’ hotel sites had been struggling to place an order for their material due to internal admin issues.
Having finally managed to get these issues resolved they were desperate for key card holders and pens for their hotel rooms.
the order came in at about 8am and we managed to rearrange things so one of us could drive the 80 miles and drop off the order personally some 4 1/2 hrs later.
