Over the years we have had so many excuses for courier companies failing to deliver to our motorway services clients:-

“Site was closed” – they run 24 hrs
Picture of a field and ” site does not exist” – its behhhiiinnnddd you
Delivery to a residential front door
“there was no one home” – again they run 24 hrs

We got so frustrated with this, and the business model that forces the drivers to fail, that we decided to do the deliveries ourselves. Our client’s get our PODs which include:

A picture of the actual product (we don’t just drop a plain box)
A picture of the actual person (thats in focus)
An actual name and location

NONE of our deliveries get lost.
